This is the most dangerous aspect of Yoruba nationalism. 95 percent of those who rubbished, defamed and lied against me and TYF were not Igbos, Fulanis and Hausas, it was my fellow Yorubas who are motivated by hate and envy. Anybody who does not pay attention to this internal enemies is a dead man walking. When you fight for your people, watch your back!

America is a settler colony where the indigenous people have been wiped out. Do you want the indigenous people of Anambra wipe;d out and replaced with Fulanis in the name of one Nigeria? Stop comparing apples with oranges. How many Fulanis and Efiks are in elected positions in Igboland???? NONE! This is why the Zulus unleashed hell on the fraudulent Igbo king in South Africa because they know you folks are MA;D. You are a THIEF!

Lagos was built by the Yoruba people for the Yoruba race. It is not a city of migrants. There is no city of migrants in Sub Saharan Africa. The culture of Lagos state is Yoruba and the identity of Lagos state is Yoruba. The only group who have been planning to hijack Lagos state are the Igbos for the past 80 years. No ethnicity makes this kind of genocidal statements against the Yoruba people of Lagos state except you Igbos. You have declared wa:r on us and we will fight back with everything possible. The strength of Lagos state is the brilliance of the Yoruba people who built it not nomadic vagabo;nds. The Yoruba are as brutal in self preservation as any race on this earth and you will surely find out how we spread across West Africa and how we built empires. You don’t call a city of over 600 years with over 100 Obas a migrant city and be erasing the Yoruba people under the banner of cosmopolitanism. Azikwe and Ojukwu both got disgraced because of this obsession for Lagos. The minority Ijaws decimated you Igbos permanently in Bonny, the Ikweeres dealth with you viciously in Port harcourt all within this country called Nigeria. Your wings were clipped in calabar by the Efiks and you think we won’t bring hell upon you in Yorubaland because of your madness? While you go all over Nigeria looking for how to steal political power from the natives, there is no single elected government official that is non Igbo for the past 30 years in Igboland. This is a prove of how crazy you guys are and how audacious you are in your land grabbing agenda. Nigeria is country of nations and a British invention but you Igbos and the Fulanis are the two groups who go about using all tricks and means to dispossess indigenous people of their political economy. The first two secesionist moves in post colonial Nigeria was because of Igbos stealing the lands and resources of minorities in Southern cameroon and Eastern region. You will get it and it is getting close. This madness will end in this century.

@AKakanfo Lagos itself grew as a cosmopolitan trading city built by migrants, settlers, entrepreneurs, and people from different backgrounds across West Africa and Nigeria. Its strength has always been openness, diversity, commerce and coexistence.

Without Twitter, it will be an almost impossible occurrence for an Osu caste like you to engage and have a conversation with people like me. A people who were walking naked in the 1960s, no empire, no great civilisation but just brute savages should not have opinions when people like us are talking about sanity and governance. Bunch of Homo erectus.

But you ensured that the Ohoro of Shao and Oba of Jebba were perpetually subjugated via your political nepotism and draconian policies when you took over from Lawal. Here you are praising Afenifere after you used 16 years to destroy Yoruba nationalism in Kwara state???? I don’t think you rate the intelligence of the Yoruba people. You are ensured Kwara South with its human and mineral resources was underdeveloped and turned our people into vassals. What was their sin? Kwara state university that was supposed to be in Kwara South was taken where again??? You destroyed the lives and development of the Yoruba people of Kwara South by underdeveloping them and you are now praising Pa Fasoranti now? This is pure evil! You should be praising Mali, where you claim and Uthman Dan Fodio that you cherish not Afenifere because you disdain us with everything you have.
Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki@bukolasaraki

100 years, and not a stain on his name. That alone is the tribute worth paying to the leader of Afenifere, Pa Reuben Famuyide Fasoranti. When the mantle of Afenifere fell to him, it came at a difficult time: a fragmented house, a country in flux, and a Yoruba political tradition that needed someone unbought to hold the centre. Baba held it firmly. Despite the personal trials that have come his way, and the political seasons that have tested every one of us, he has remained upright through it all. As he joins the league of centenarians today, my family and I pray that the Almighty keep him with us for many more years in good health and sound mind. Happy Birthday, Baba!

Today is a day of sorrow for the entire Yoruba race worldwide. Pa Olola Kasumu is dead. He is one of the descendants of Afonja who placed their lives on the line for the liberation of the Yoruba people in kwara state and kogi state. Baba was one of the founders of OPC after June 12 1993 for the fight against Arewa hegemony that wanted to enslave the Yoruba people within Nigeria. We met Baba 2 years ago and Baba spoke like a warrior about the need to continue fighting for the liberation of our people at all cost. Immediately the Afonja stool of Ganmo was upgraded by the Kwara state government, Baba said it’s time to go and meet the great men and women in the afterlife. For the thousands of men and women especially those who died between 1994 to 2026 fighting for the preservation of Yoruba civilisation in kwara state, may Olodumare continue to be with you all. This is a fall of one of the last titans. This is bad news, a very bad one! They tried to bankrupt and erase him, he didn’t bend a knee for the enemies of the Yoruba race. Good night my mentor, my leader, a father, a warrior and a true fighter. We are grateful that the Afonja throne is on alive and well in Ganmo which you turned into a power base. Rest in peace sir!!!!!

“My 14-year-old brother went missing in 2023 and we later got a call that he was at the police station. When we got there, he told us he was picked up during a police raid alongside other people. Everyone arrested with him was released except him. Since then, he has been in Kirikiri Medium Prison, Mile 2, going to court over a case the police officer himself testified he committed no offense in. Yet the case keeps getting adjourned again and again since 2023. They asked us to provide ₦150,000 for bail, but we cannot afford it. My brother was just a child when this started, and he will be turning 17 soon. Please, we are begging the authorities and anyone who can help to please intervene and help release my brother.” — Lady pleads

Older generations are the cause of our pain, they all get it easily and forget to plan on things that could have help us that came as the future, life get too easier and comfortable for them to the extent they all got married in their early 20s both men and women(check your mom & dad that are in their 60s&70s), all they do is lie to us and make life harder(they're lucky there's no internet during their time) none of can't afford to marry in our 20s even ladies nowadays have to work tirelessly before going into marriage, and they still have gut to tell us that our generation is worst(something that they are the cause)tueh. When people of the Abrahamic faith (Christians and Muslims) lose a bout they should win, it’s the will of God. God has a better plan. When adherents of the African traditional religion lose the same bout, you people declare juju powerless and mock their beliefs. Hypocrites.
