when you shift your perspective of “i have to write this bc it’s what will get people’s attention” to “i have to write this bc i want to create this world for me and whoever wants to read it” writing becomes so much more fun and enjoyable

if you make art, you have to aggressively not give a single shit what your audience thinks about you or your art. I know it feels like it should be the opposite, but the more you care about their opinions the worse your art will get and the more they will hate and harass you

the amount of crossdressing you see at an anime convention is genuinely heartwarming. any age, any body type, any level of professionalism

i still think about this scene a LOT. we've heard izuku scream before when he thought he lost katsuki. we have seen him have loud emotional outbursts too but the quiet breakdown here is SO much more painful and impactful. physically and mentally he is collapsing in on himself.
