MiniMaxHubのgame-intro-generator スキルを使って、作ってみました。 このスキルは、プレイヤー名・ゲームタイトル・キャラ参考画像をもとに、 まず確認用のゲームメニュー画像を作り、OK後に MiniMax H3でイントロ動画化する流れ。 今回はそこからさらに、実プレイ画面まで拡張、設定決めたら実装まで自動で完成です。 単発クリップの寄せ集めじゃなく、 絵コンテ → 基準絵 → 接続 → 本編 → 編集 まで組むと、AI動画もかなりPVっぽくなる。 #minimaxhub #MiniMaxH3 @Hailuo_AI
MiniMax H3のR2V（参照つき動画生成）をComfyUIローカルで動かして、Seedance 2.5と比較してみました（RTX 5090・int8量子化版）。 キャラの立ち絵と背景画像の2枚を参照に渡して、同じ場面をドローン風のオービットで。 1344×768・8秒で、ローカル側の生成時間は約15分でした。 MiniMax H3とSeedance 2.5ではプロンプトの文法が異なるようなので、同じプロンプトではなく似たようなプロンプトでの比較になります。 ローカルH3、全然いけますわ。
