There is no transition without transmission! Just last week, the @EU_Commission came out with our #GridsActionPlan. We see great need for speeding up the expansion & modernisation of our networks to achieve #energytransition. Discussing this topic at #COP28 thanks to @wef.

#GlobalMethanePledge was launched at #COP26 & over the last 2 years it has grown immensely. By now, 150+ countries representing 80% of the global economy have joined the Pledge. We are ready to accelerate our work to stop #methane emissions in the oil, gas & coal sectors. #COP28

In climate finance, we have to move from billions to trillions. To get there, we need new sources of revenues. New levies, green bonds and of course - carbon pricing. And we need, more than ever, strong partnerships, like with Global Gateway.
