Hale House 1900 vs 2023. The Hale House "Old Brick" was built in 1825 by Jonathan and his sons. It was home to the Hales for three generations before being bequeathed to the Western Reserve Historical Society by Jonathan's great-granddaughter, Clara Belle Ritchie in 1956.
