@urban_barn Yes... I would like to hear what you are doing to rectify. I was offered a 250 gift card... that hardly seems enough for us to live 1 month without a couch and the hours I have wasted trying to reach out.

@urban_barn more on your poor customer service. I had to chase you down with 6 phone calls. Nobody answers customer service and when you go to leave a message 4 out of 5 times the mailbox was full.

@urban_barn Terrible customer service. Ordered a custom couch.. told it was to arrive mid to late January, then was confirmed It would be in the warehouse feb 2. Now it's pushed back to end of Feb. Sold my couch in the meantime and we are now couchless for a month with baby.
