@VailResorts Yea the live chat feature is not appearing for me. I’ve searched the website high and low for it and logged in on multiple different browsers. Really not a great customer experience, guys.

@latermedia we’ve been trying to add social sets to our agency business account for a week now and have not been able to get through to anyone. Really disappointed as it’s holding up crucial client work for our biz. May need to cancel if it doesn’t get addressed ASAP.
