because of course the people who are set up to treat ear infections and sprains are totally outfitted to be the first line treatment for chronic pain and inflammation and wouldn't just say "so if you take max dose naproxen it goes away for 8 hours, keep doing that."

not so fondly remembering when i asked my PCP to refer me to a specialist because i am having arthritis symptoms in my knees and hips and my sister developed arthritis younger than i am now and my doc's response was "go to urgent care"
