The space portions for the Battle of Endor at the end of Return of the Jedi are honestly still nothing short of an achievement. Every single shot is so complex. I’ll forever be blown away by how time and effort went into bringing this battle to life. Such a wonderful blend of practical and digital effects.

Flipping the script. The great plot twist as the culmination of years of planning and gathering of such vast millions to unleash upon a frightened populace, all to have it brought crashing down by a few determined pilots and orders from another Master with greater plans. #OurFate

I’ve imagined this moment in my own work. The who changes now and again, but the result is the same: In that time of standing on the precipice of immense change throughout the cosmos, a wing of bombers comes in and carpet cleans the whole assembly. Turning the tables once again.

I am going to write a story as good as Dune.

The first trailer for ‘DUNE: PART 3’ has been released. In theaters on December 18.

Denis Villeneuve spent his 20's making no budget films and the occasional music video. And in 30's, after getting the chance to finally direct a pair of feature films, they still didn't give him the success, or come out the way he hoped for. So he took a near decade long break from film to raise his family and considered to quit filmmaking entirely, but despite being in his 40's he decided to give it another shot after watching a play, which he then adapated & directed and turned into Incendies which earned him an Academy Award in 2011, and put him on the map. He then went onto make Enemy, Prisoners, Sicario, Arrival, Blade Runner 2049 and at 58 years old is now set to wrap him his epic Dune trilogy. Truly one of the more inspiring and beautiful stories in Hollywood, never give up on your dreams.

You may not remember it, but Disney once made a movie called Condorman (1981), about a comic-book artist who becomes a secret agent with a winged flight suit fighting the KGB. A wonderfully bizarre piece of Disney history.

The bedroom scene after the wedding in Game of Thrones reveals something rare in King’s Landing: restraint. There is a project on the horizon named #Cornered Beast. It involves Cecelia using her down time to search a data archive for info on her missing sister. When the archive comes under attack by raiders, the task falls to her to defend it and teach them a lesson. #vss365
