Shit like this really pisses me off man. Twitch repeatedly tells creators how they don't make money and that live stream platforms aren't profitable and they use this naritive to do predatory monetization changes and justify bad revenue splits for almost every creator on the platform. Then so shamelessly they will publicly burn money on the most expensive form of cloud computing to create a feature that no one fucking asked for and have it enabled by default for everyone. They did this with A.I clipping that 0 people use and now A.I stream summaries. All I want @Twitch is for there to be at least one person on the product team that actually uses the platform regurally and doesn't just work on it. This also begs bigger questions like what is the point in building a global team of partner managers, who's main job is to collect feedback and help creators, if your not going to bother listening to them.
