@akathrosary Your own 'Code of Canon Law (1983)' abolishes all anathemas against protestants and other denominations. Fact. You literally don't know what your own beloved idol the RCC teaches.

Oh, Blessed Virgin, Co-Redemptrix, Ora Pro Nobis
Protestants don't believe they are adopted sons and daughters of God. They always tell us who they are, or in this case who they are not.
Hallucinator@Hallucinator33

@triana160 @akathrosary "Daughter of God the Father" is outright blasphemy and heresy. Christ is the only begotten. Even the creeds are clear on that. As is Scripture, but I know that Papists enjoy making acretious additions. I pray you come to accept Christ as Lord and Savior, and Christ alone.

@akathrosary So do Christians of all denominations 😂 and I gave you a source. Again, if you actually looked at the evidence you'd be unable to deny it. But doing the equivalent of putting your fingers in your ears and saying "I can't hear you!" Isn't demonstrating your case at all.

@akathrosary Origen, Tertullian, Ignatius, Irenaeus, Clement, etc, the same list as before. If you're going to trying and deny the faith of countless Christians throughout history then you need to know what you're talking about. And you evidently don't.

Oh, Blessed Virgin, Co-Redemptrix, Ora Pro Nobis
"Therefore, God is in all things by His power, inasmuch as all things are subject to His power; He is by His presence in all things, as all things are bare and open to His eyes; He is in all things by His essence, inasmuch as He is present to all as the cause of their being."
Sophie Levasseur@refsojourner

Roman Catholics presume that Sola Scriptura is a rejection of tradition. Meanwhile, Protestants have studied the Fathers enough to know that transubstantiation-which teaches that Christ’s human nature is omnipresent- is a Monophysite heresy condemned by the council of Chalcedon.

@akathrosary Funny how it took the RCC 1950 years to come up with the bodily assumption of Mary.... because the Holy Spirit thought He'd just leave that for 2 millenia and let millions of Christians die without believing something that the RCC say is required for salvation, popes included.

@Hallucinator33 I know Protestants think the indwelling of the Holy Spirit is metaphor, but we know it's real. When the Pope speaks the truth through the Holy Spirit in confirming Scripture and Sacred Tradition, he is infallible, just like Scripture is infallible.

@akathrosary Thinking the Pope is equal with God's literal word is frankly ridiculous and blasphemous. I know full well the RC view of papal infallibility.

@akathrosary It seems you have no idea what protestants believe. The indwelling of the Spirit is very real for any regenerate Christian. I have been moved to tears and unparalleled joy by Him during prayer and the Eucharist.

@akathrosary Proof: Exists in book (aswell as endless testimony and witness) You (wanting proof): "I'm not reading a book or accepting testimony" 😂 And yet you accept the same testimony when it suits you.

@akathrosary If someone says the sky is blue, then it doesn't require interpretation. The same is true of the church fathers consensus on real spiritual presence. It's amazing that you're denying the explicit teachings of those fathers taught by the Apostles themselves.

@DavidSm74079804 Show me where it says "pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death" This is coming from someone who has said the Angelus before and then realised how idolatrous it was.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee (Luke 1:28). Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus (Luke 1:42). Holy Mary, Mother of God (Luke 1:43), pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death (Jas. 5:16, Apoc. 5:8, 8:3-4). Amen.

@Sachinettiyil Islam. It's a well known fact. Christianity is so broadly attacked because it is true, and as Scripture says, people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil (John 3:20)

@akathrosary Secondly, I'm Catholic, as is everyone who has true saving faith in Christ and confesses Him as Lord. Catholic literally means universal. "We are one body, because we all share in one bread" I guess in your view Christ was wrong about the thief on the Cross going to Heaven.

@akathrosary Also, the fact you don't realise that the earliest church fathers wrote quite alot about the Eucharist is very telling of your knowledge base. We're talking 2nd Century, where do you get 14th century from? Read the fathers, they're spectacular and monumentally faithful men.

@Hallucinator33 Protestants don't get to decide what is or isn't consensus since they are Catholic sources. lol. Provide your own sources if you think it wasn't consensus. Who were your holy people, not connected to the Catholics, who wrote about it before the 1300s? Name someone.

@akathrosary Again, by that logic none of your claims are true either, your own logic defeats your own claims, if you're correct then Scripture and all testimony of Christianity throughout history is false. This is seriously disappointing to see a supposed disciple of Christ deny His miracles

@akathrosary It's odd how the RCC don't see protestantism as heretical, yet you do. I'm not telling you to accept anything other than Christ as your Lord and Savior. Your dogmatic stance is just like that of the Pharisees, placing the traditions of men over God.
