Is it me, or does this Cybercab that was spotted in Palo Alto today not have a steering wheel? Hard to tell. Two things are for sure: there are no exterior mirrors, and Tesla put larger gold wheel covers on this Cybercab. You can also see the person in the car briefly shuffling papers around in the middle of the video, which means the car could be self-driving.
