The Spartans are back at Cowley this Sunday, 2pm start, when they take on Manchester Titans, and we wish them all the best! Spectators are welcome, no cost.

Some people may have been too big and denied the chance to play contact sport all there lives. Now there is a chance to get into a sport where people of all shapes and sizes are welcome. Contact us for more details about training times and locations.
