My family and I watched the 60 Minutes interview with Donald Trump and Norah O’Donnell last night, and we were shocked. Seeing a president speak to a woman journalist with that level of contempt — and a clear allergy to facts — is disturbing, though at this point not unexpected given his pattern of behavior. But that is the problem. Because when that level of disrespect from the highest office in the country repeats itself, it starts to trickle down into our culture and define what power looks like, shaping how boys and plenty of men see women and girls and what they come to accept as normal behavior.

Federal agents say they were trying to arrest Carlos Ivan Mendoza Hernandez in Patterson, California… claiming he’s a gang member wanted for questioning in El Salvador. Then… like clockwork… they say he tried to run an officer over… So, they opened fire… unloading at least ELEVEN shots into a windshield. And it ended with Mendoza Hernandez in the hospital… While somehow, not a single officer was injured. Eleven bullets through a windshield isn’t “defensive”… it’s excessive until proven otherwise. At this point, the real question isn’t what happened… It’s why the official story is always the same… and why it starts to unravel the second real evidence shows up. Because that’s what keeps happening. Over and over. And when ICE and DHS get caught lying… Why does accountability just… disappear? Release the street footage. Release the body cam footage. I just had a very disturbing Good Friday encounter with an ICE agent at the airport As I was going through security, an ICE agent asked me for my ID. I told him this isn’t Soviet Russia and that the only citizenship papers I planned to show him were the Declaration of Independence “Sir, I’m just asking for ID, not proof of citizenship,” he said. “Today is the anniversary of Jesus’s resurrection,” I replied. “He was an American. Would you have asked to see his papers too? Would the scars on his hands not have been enough for you?” He was stunned silent. I strode past him without showing my ID and went through the metal detector I received a standing ovation

WOW! Not only does this latest footage confirm that Renee Good had no animosity toward ICE agent Jonathan Ross and that she was steering her car away from him as he was filming with his phone. It also confirms that Ross shot Good in the face with one hand while filming her with his smart phone in the other hand. And no, he wasn't hit by the vehicle. That sound you hear is his gun shooting.
