Today, I met with the organisers of #PrideinHampset for their 2025 Pride Event, marking the start of #PrideMonth. Our #OpRainbowGuardian leadership team and I are eager to collaborate with the organisers to ensure a safe and enjoyable Pride in Hampset.

On Thursday, we celebrated our 4th Birthday by gathering some of our community members who had received Commendations & Medals, and also to announce the results of our Promotion Process. Brilliant to see so many members rewarded by their Leadership Team for the work they do.

Tonight - Hampset held another #ExerciseGuard session where Hampset Police, Fire & Ambulance Service work in conjunction on Major & Critical Incidents. Various scenarios took place that tested all members across the community on their skills and abilities to effectively manage!

Yesterday afternoon our Joint Operations Unit attended a CPD session led by myself. During this CPD both teams covered pursuits, Tactical Options and being able to find suitable resolutions to pursuits. Both teams worked amazingly! #Fictional
