I have always been fascinated by spirals. My favourite symbol I think, is a spiral. Followed closely by a red dragon - To honour my Welsh ancestors .

@SophiaMyles That's why I was so touched by the letter you shared. It is so important to live in the moment and you are showing him that you love and care. I missed out on many years of that with mum dying when she did (she was 36), but I still have good memories of her.

@Hamraider It’s just that you were so very young. Now that I have a little boy (he’s 11) , your story hits hard.

@SophiaMyles Thank you, Sophia. She is still missed, but I learned a lot of life skills as a result and it has helped to make me more resilient when other life challenges have come along.
