When a man is below 7/10 he’s basically shadow banned IRL When you’re shadow banned online you can still see everyone but they can’t see you It’s like he’s invisible and placed into the asexual child category from women And if he does try to interact with girls at this point, he’s seen as a creep even if he says the exact same thing that would be well received by a more attractive man. Now we can complain about the modern dating market but that doesn’t help us. You can give up hope and wait for AI robot girlfriends to fall in love with Or you can just roll up your sleeves and do whatever you can to become a more desirable man.

@Cobratate @KeenanPeachy White men failed them first. Can’t blame women for not wanting children with European cucks. They still want children from masculine men, who are mostly black and brown men these days

Young, handsome waiter at a café in Italy runs to greet his wife and toddler daughter strolling by. He is besotted with his child. My husband asks him how many kids he has, he says only one, because "my wife doesn't want more." The death of Italy has an author but woe to you if you call it out by name.

I've scripted 50+ shorts with 30M+ views on @AliAbdaal's channel in the last 6 months. Here are 3 valuable lessons I've learned: 1) Shorts are overrated. 36 million views in the last 6 months has led to 99,000 subscribers, but there's been seemingly little to no conversion to long form viewers (yet). We put a lot of effort into our shorts, and they cost a lot to make, so if you have a small channel, it doesn't make as much sense to focus on them. The subscriber growth is mostly a vanity metric, and the revenue is next to nothing. It makes sense for us because we can afford to both with time and money, but less so as a small channel. I would still post shorts, but in a cost effective way. 2) Shorts are a valuable way to share information. Initially, we were sceptical of the educational value of short form content, but over time we began to respect the format as somewhere an interesting idea could be shared. We realised we could actually deliver something useful and make an impact on the viewer, which is in line with the company mission. Ali often gets comments on the shorts talking about the insightful lessons, engaging editing and concise storytelling. Yes, we are primarily doing shorts to blow up the channel during this window of opportunity, but in a way that is aligned with Ali's brand and values. 3) Swipe through rate x AVD = virality. All the shorts that have gone viral are where the percentage that "choose to view" is high (i.e. they don't swipe away, they stay on the short) and the average view duration is around 80% or higher. So engaging hook + a reason to watch to the end. Same as long form! Also, the best performing ones have mostly been above 50 seconds, which is in line with data that @PaddyG96 recently shared on his account about longer shorts with high AVD being the ones with the most views. (In fact everything that Paddy shared in that thread is exactly what we've experienced as well.) That's a wrap :) Let me know if you have any questions about our process or YouTube channel in general 👇

Jeffery been trying this self improvement thing… But now he’s soooo bored! That’s because self improvement can be boring if you do it all by yourself. The moment you do it with others, it becomes fun Yet another solo workout overthinking between sets VS Hype loud workout with the boys hitting PRs I have 1800 guys in Library of Adonis and you can literally who’s in your city/town, message them and organise a workout together There’s guys that have become genuine best friends from it, guys started travelling with each other, living together etc It’s fucking awesome. You get all my courses in library of Adonis but the community is so valuable too because it makes all your effort in self improvement more fun And yes there’s multiple guys in your town/city, we’re everywhere skool.com/library-of-ado…

Jeffery is lonely. How can he make friends? He needs to move somewhere social like Bali I’m telling you, you move to a place like this and you’ll literally 10x your social and dating life It’s all your environment, you don’t relate to anyone back home They are all Jefferys You NEED to live in a place where there’s loads of people on self improvement. That’s the key. It all starts with making money online, and if you start now you can get there in a year Make $3000+/month online through becoming an Educational Content Creator and then you can move Here’s my Educational Content Creators program (step by step how to make money online as an influencer like me): skool.com/adonis

Jeffery got on nofap but now his life is worse! He’s become so agitated that he’s even more distracted than ever. Could it be ok to fap just a couple times a week? Yes 100% but people online will lie to you Jacking off a few times a week isn’t a problem at all Especially if it stops you from being distracted Just never watch porn again (use your imagination or literally just 1 picture lol), no edging, bust it out productively and get back to work I could make more money convincing you that you should never fap like all the liars on YouTube but the truth is it’s not that big of a deal if you do it exactly like ive said here Ideally you just get to the point that girls wanna fuck you And if you wanna get to that point then you know what will help: skool.com/library-of-ado…

How to get a physique like Andrew Tate Guys like Tate train for the sake of training itself That’s why his physique isn’t exactly aesthetic He has great chest and shoulders and triceps But lagging biceps (injury), upper chest, legs etc Because he’s training for mindset, discipline etc, instead of bodybuilding. So if you just wanna train to challenge yourself do his style of workouts: ultra light weights. Hundreds of reps. You’ll build shitty amounts of muscle but it’s mentally hard But I recommend building an aesthetic physique instead of The sexy V taper It’s fun training and is a major asset in life I have the full Aesthetic Body Course with all the workout routines you need inside Library of Adonis skool.com/library-of-ado…

Jeffery was on self improvement. Everything was going great. And then he got into a rut. And he just can’t get himself back. Falling off self improvement is kinda like getting weaker in the gym If you could hit 100kg bench press before, but now you can only hit 80kg, it would piss you off You know how you’d get back up to 100kg don’t you? You’d settle your ego, start at 80kg and build up again But in self improvement everyone is retarded You can’t do the same amount anymore, but guys will keep trying to do their old good days, and keep failing and going further in their rut Just like in the gym you have to reduce the weight, in self improvement you have to reduce the difficulty of the good habits So if you could do 20 mins of meditation, 1 hour workout, study 3 hours, journal and read before, now you might only try 3 mins of meditation, 20 min workout, 20 min studying You might the ‘weight’ light enough that you can tick all the boxes and get the positive momentum that carries you forward and within a week or two you can do even more than before Screenshot this and look back on it next time you find yourself in a rut

Jeffery wants to make money online. So he starts by giving out his product for free. But he doesn’t realise that working for free is retarded because you’ll attract a different kind of person Charge, but make it super cheap And then increase the price after every sale I started online coaching for £3.50 an hour lol and I’d stay on the call for 1.5-3 hours And then I kept increasing the price £9.99 £29.99 £49.99 £99.99 £199 £299 I explain this fully in my business program just check out the details here: skool.com/adonis

Jeffery wants to post content, but he’s afraid people in his class will make fun of him for it. It doesn’t matter - Just post content and build an audience Not doing that = settling for being poor You honestly have a mental disability if you’re not posting content in the modern day You have the greatest opportunity in all of human history in front of you, and you won’t post content out of fear of retards judging you Ignore the crabs trying to stop you from climbing out the bucket 100% of people should be posting content, it’s mental insanity to not 4 hours a week on YouTube/Instagram every week for 2-3 years will give you a full time income MINIMUM. And if you pop off then you’ll retire your entire fucking family in a couple years like I did Holy shit start fucking posting guys I can’t believe almost everyone I meet is so afraid I have a different program for this (Library of Adonis is for self improvement, fitness, dating etc) Here’s my program for making money through posting educational content: skool.com/adonis/about?r…

Jeffery doesn’t realise it’s his mental health thats holding him back. But how long does it take to fix your mental health? Literally 2 fucking weeks This is why I fucking hate therapists, fucking scammers They’ll get men coming back for weekly sessions for fucking YEARS I used to do 1-1 self improvement coaching (I don’t do it anymore I just have library of Adonis now) And I would get young men telling me the same thing over and over “One call with you is better than the months/years I’ve been in therapy” You don’t need to talk about your problems. You need action. And therapists are pussies who aren’t going to shout at you and force you to workout and socialise and climb trees, but I will Live like a natural human, like a child, and you will have good mental health It doesn’t matter their qualifications, who gives a fuck that some geek studied for a degree. My method has worked for literally millions of guys. I have that great course in LOA, but you can even find my free guides on mental health if you search ‘Hamza mental health’ on YouTube You got it bro If you want the paid guide it’s in here with all my other courses skool.com/library-of-ado…

Jeffery has a narrow upper body. That means he’s INSTANTLY unattractive to women. You need to build the V taper in your physique. Having “wide shoulders” is extremely attractive as a man But here’s the secret - It’s not about shoulders at all It’s about your lats Get bigger lats = Your shoulders get wider, further apart from each other, crating that V taper The V taper in a man is like the hourglass shape in a woman, IMMEDIATELY attractive. I made a program on building that V taper and it made me half a million $ lol I sold it for $197 And now you can get it in Library of Adonis for just 37 bucks so it’s a huge fucking deal just join now: skool.com/library-of-ado…

Jeffery doesn’t work hard. But how do you ACTUALLY work hard? Most people work hard and they are poor That’s because they work hard on one thing Work on your business/career for 1-4 hours a day max or stay poor (the masters and creative geniuses managed 4 good hours a day, and now we have young men thinking they can work 8+ hours a day lol). I only work around 1-2 hours a day max, 4-10 hours a week And then work hard on like 5 different areas of life - Lift, cardio, stretch, breathwork, journaling, reading, socialising etc I swear this is the key but everyone is too afraid to work on their business or career less Read The 4 Hour Work Week every 3 months. I’ve read it 15-20 times in the last 5 years. It’s the reason why I’m rich and I barely work on my business This is the Adonis way - Instead of working like a donkey on your business you work like a lion, in sprints, and then level up your skills to be better tomorrow. I have a Full Work Guide explaining this in like 5 hours of a video course you might like: skool.com/library-of-ado…

Jeffery goes to the gym but still has bad mental health. That’s because you have to train your mind directly. - Meditation, - gratitude journaling, - play (wrestle your gf or brother and climb trees), - positive attitude (Read the book The Magic of Thinking Big every 6 months) I’ve made tonnes of mental health guides and the one in library of Adonis gets insane results, like literally better than therapy and anti depressants: skool.com/library-of-ado…

Jeffery is upset that girls don’t want to date him. But there’s nothing for girls to gain by dating the average guy. They already have a pussy. They don’t need another one for a boyfriend. Don’t be like Jeffery.

Jeffery’s girlfriend goes out to parties. She cheats every time. Sometimes just flirting, other times getting pounded. If Jeffery stands up for himself he’ll be called misogynist and controlling and insecure. So he acts like he’s fine with his girl going out. No man is fine with the girl he loves going out to parties/clubs. They just pretend they are out of fear of being called insecure, and yet this fear of social shame is the real insecurity. Don’t be like Jeffery.
