@SkySportsPL Can someone please tell me how VAR is at fault here ? I agree it shouldn’t have stood. But ref gives goal on field decision, VAR actually send him to monitor as it feels it’s handball. Ref goes to monitor and sticks to his decision. No VAR it’s still a goal

@alanshearer @WestwoodLee VAR recommended that the ref check it. It’s the ref that has made the decision so how can you blame VAR! The ref gave the goal on field and stuck to his decision Yes it should have stood but it’s not VAR that is at fault.

It’s been a poor week for VAR and handballs
