One thing I would say, though, is this, as Muslims, how many times do we keep going onto platforms made by Christians or non-Muslims? Why keep helping disbelieving platforms profit, making thousands of dollars, instead of supporting projects and channels that can produce this kind of content for ourselves?
Modern Day Debate is still being used by some of the biggest Muslims today, despite his clear blasphemy against the Prophet ﷺ. Sister Korra also debated on what seemed to be a Christian woman’s platform, where the guests seemed disproportionately matched. Hadith rejectors on the Muslim side, while the Christian side had committed Christian apologists. Despite that, she still did very well.
We should support initiatives such as @CGMediaCo, who are building a channel that gives conservative Muslims a voice without having their deen misrepresented. The brothers working on it are trustworthy and Muslims.
They are also willing to fly out guests and run the same kind of format as these other channels. So if they need anything, we should be willing to support them and provide whatever is needed to help such organisations grow.

@HanbaliChronics لا علاقة له بالغزالي، لكنه تشبث به في سياق صراعه مع الجابري الذي اتخذ من ابن رشد مرجعا لنشر فكره الحداثي ولهذا فلا علاقة للجابري ايضا بابن رشد، بل هما شخصيتان وسيلتان فقط، وطه عبد الرحمن من اجهل الناس بالغزالي وتراثه وهو من اتباع ابن تيمية كما تعبر عن ذلك كتبه وخاصة المتأخرة

İbn Teymiyye, Aristo mantığını çürütmeyi başarmış; Kur'an'da ve İslam kültüründe var olan 'kıyas-ı evla' (evleviyetle kıyas) ve 'kıyas-ı temsil' (örnekleyerek kıyas) gibi istidlal (akıl yürütme) yöntemlerini ortaya koymak için çaba sarf etmiştir. Gazali ise Aristo mantığını almış ve Kur'an'da bu mantıksal çıkarımlarla, bu mevcut akıl yürütme yöntemleriyle uyuşabilecek ayetleri aramaya başlamıştır. Bunlara 'mizanlar' (ölçüler) adını vermiştir; oysa bu mizanlar aslında Aristo’nun mantıksal kıyaslarından ibarettir. 'el-Kıstasü’l-Müstakim' adlı bir kitap yazarak bu mizanları yerleştirmiştir ki bu ölçüler aslında Aristo mantığıdır. İbn Teymiyye gelmiş, mantığı gerçekten isabetli bir şekilde eleştirmiştir. Onun bu eleştirileri modern teorilerle de örtüşüyor. Ancak beni en çok üzen durum; İbn Teymiyye düşüncesi üzerine çalışanların, modern mantık araçlarına tam manasıyla vakıf olamamalarıdır. Bu yetersizlik nedeniyle, İbn Teymiyye’nin ortaya koyduğu fikirleri hakkıyla değerlendiremediler.

He is saying the scholar perhaps didn’t read it out of Tanqis (diminishment) or I’itiradh (aversion/objection) for the text

@HanbaliChronics He is saying that he was a saint and that other person might have disrespected him or belittled his work, etc., and that is why he was punished. If you belittle Saints or make fun of them, then u get punished.

The Ash’ari sage al-Anbabi attempts to respond to a possible objection “There is no punishment on what’s permissible” Stating that perhaps the absence of reciting it was due to inner-spiritual illness such as diminishment or aversion to al-Sanusi’s book

@SchnitzelKroos @ARAH_Ashari Great, I’m glad you agree al-Sanusi says the scholars warned against reading the books of al-Razi since it’s a source of doubt
And that al-Razi aided the philosophers with his weak rebuttals to a point that al-Sanusi dared say the Ash’ari Master al-Razi became enslaved to them
