Children are forced to wait for long hours in lines just to provide their families with water, instead of playing and living their childhood like other children around the world. The gap between the growing demand for water and its availability continues to widen every day. Donations are coming in extremely slowly. We used to provide water for 15 camps, but now we are only able to cover 5 of them. It is a huge catastrophe if we can no longer supply drinking water to the 10 camps that rely entirely on the Handala team. The lives of thousands of families in these camps are in danger.
