Most people try to change their lives all at once. But most meaningful change happens another way: Small decisions. Repeated weekly. This is the philosophy I’m practicing to handle the week.

You don’t have to solve everything in one day. Start it. Lighten it. Then build a plan from there. That’s how you handle the week.

Starting didn’t just move the task forward. It reduced the noise. Now I can actually see what needs to happen next. Clarity follows action.
