Just been asked to update my milk production forcast for next 12 mths. Forcasting the financial loss frightens me. The milk production side of the industry runs on the fuel called "hope it gets better" and the tank is on red. This is NOT the way to run the engine.

Does anyone have a good easy way of sorting the staff rota for the milking shifts? Maybe an app? …. Feel like I’m way behind times or is my trusty messy calendar the easiest way?! 🤔 #teamdairy 🐄
