yesterday I saw one of the healthcare assistants that sat with me on my 1-1 over the days I spent in hospital earlier this week. But this time I was out in public not needing that level of supervision. Sometimes it’s the small things like this that indicate progress !!!

I’m exhausted but I feel safe curled up in bed with my galaxy light on. Huge progress from feeling unsafe everywhere a few days ago

I’m so ready to have my life back. Why is recovery a full time job please ?????

I can’t believe at the weekend I made 2 suicide attempts, ended up in a 136 suite 2 hours from home and then in my local general hospital for 2 days on treatment. But now, 4 days later I’ve managed to pick myself up and try one last time 💪🏻🫶🏻💫
