@boohoo haven’t received a refund on a coat I returned to Debenhams a month ago. You offer 0 customer service and this is essentially daylight robbery. Will I ever get refunded?

@KarenMillen returned a coat of yours to Debenhams and still have not received a refund almost 2 months later, will I ever get refunded? Is it good for your brand to have 0 customer service to speak of?

@Debenhams am I ever going to receive a refund? Honestly didn’t think such an established brand would have 0 customer service. It’s daylight robbery.

@boohoo your lack of customer service has opened up the opportunity for scammers to get in contact with me. I have never experienced such a poor level of customer service. Please Please can I speak to someone about a refund.

@Debenhams I am simply trying to return a coat that I’ve paid for and you have deemed my account fraudulent… How can trying to return a coat be seen as fraudulent activity? PS. still not been able to return my order due to the lack of customer service.
