Serious one today, they made me stand infront of camera. Anyone's who's left knows how much of a ballache transition can be. Too many orgnaisations not doing very much. I've been working on this Johnny and Ben, who makes AI stuff, to try and sort some of the issues in the space. Have a look, let me know any questions or feedback. The Navy gave me opportunity, adventure, and purpose. From junior rate to Warrant Officer Weapon Engineer, I’ve had a hell of a run. The last 20 years have been great—let’s make the next 20 even better.

Today was my last day in the Royal Navy after 21 years and 4 months. I left early via the Institute of Naval Medicine. This wasn’t the plan, but I ran out of steam after two decades of operational load. With some great support, I’ve been able to leave well and on my feet.
