However... I do see development in how elegantly, frequently and intensively people combine the colours. Like in conflict, cultures, change. Appreciating and embodying multiple paradigms is powerful and not easy. We do see developmental stages there...
@AnnasQuestions hi back. We regard the different colours as equal in value or maturity: not sequential in terms of development. Life (also in organisations) is rich & multifaceted: multiple & contrasting views always does more justice to that than a progression to any one of them
@HansVermaak hi- I have just come across the colours theory of change and your ref match many I use. I am curious about how you see the colours in terms of a developmental view (eg spiral dynamics or Torbet’s org and leadership stages) or what other ref points you use? Thx
