Talk about trouble. Our classic gin packs a burst of citrus, coriander, hibiscus, elderberries, and juniper for a beautifully balanced gin made for crafting your favourite G&T or negroni. Available in the distillery & online!

Seeing as we’re currently running our sold out Gin Classes here at the distillery, we can’t wait to be there and chat all things juniper. We will be at Halo Bar & Bistro tonight from 7pm - 10pm for the Heavenly Gin Festival with our Hansen line-up of our favourite spirits.

Northern Eyes Whisky 3-Year Whisky was the first is the first authentic, single-barrel whisky to hit the scene in Edmonton a few years back. It's savoury and spicy with notes of dark caramel, vanilla & black pepper followed by a finish of spiced pear, barrel char, and tobacco.

Secret Stash Spiced Moonshine and Northern Eyes Three Year Whisky are two classics that we’ve had in the distillery for a while now – and for good reason!
