Thanks to everyone @ElderparkHA who popped along yesterday for a session of HTT training. Some great experiences shared of working with interpreters and translators, and tenants who need language support.

We're thrilled to welcome our first London-based member @HousingHexagon who's recently joined us. Really looking forward to working with Nicky and the rest of the team to help remove language barriers for Hexagon residents who speak little or no English.
