The Stop Killing Games movement has officially backed the proposed California bill focused on protecting players when online games are shut down. > Publishers must provide an offline mode or a way to keep the game playable after server shutdown. > If this is not possible, players should receive a full refund. > The goal is to protect digital ownership and game preservation. This proposal follows growing concerns over games becoming completely inaccessible once support ends, especially after shutdowns like The Crew. Most gamers think that if players pay for a game, it should remain playable or be fairly compensated.

Y’all let these folks convince y’all burning down businesses is violence, but those same businesses and corporations that literally poison the air you breathe and the water you drink, is just the cost of business. Y’all have been convinced your lives are worth less than buildings

Every single time a company tries to close a business after workers unionized the legal right to the business and it's assets should automatically be transferred to the union. Closing stores to crush unions is economic terrorism and bosses must face consequences.
More Perfect Union@MorePerfectUS

Apple is closing down the first of its US stores to unionize. Apple says that because of the collective bargaining agreement with these workers, they "couldn’t offer to transfer them to nearby locations.” The union is outraged, and exploring options to hold Apple accountable.

People will only go on strike if they know they'll be able to stay housed, feed their families & have the ability to receive medical care. If we strengthen our mutual aid networks and develop our systems of community care, we could sustain ourselves throughout a general strike.

Tell me I'm wrong, but Congress should be the first to lose their paycheck during a shutdown.

People who say that unions are too extreme don’t realise that the union was the peaceful compromise.

The people that are against the toilet paper factory fire are the same kind of people as those that were opposed to the miners and factory workers that committed sabotage and fought cops to get the 40 hour week these people take for granted.

I’m genuinely confused about why you think a person’s/their relationship’s queerness is defined solely by society’s bigotry.
