@shadydoorags Jak 2 absolutely had the best story, but Jak 3's story and worldbuilding were incredible. The absolute horror you felt as you went through the Metalhead zone, realizing it used to be the agricultural section of Haven City. Exploring back through the Stadium.. so cool.

Jak 3 had the best gameplay but worst story, Jak 2 had the best story but worst gameplay, and the original had the best balance of both. Take note that none of these elements were bad, they just weren't as good as the others. Never played X so can't comment on that one. Jak 3 is ultimately the most fun of the lot and is the game I would easily play over the others, but I will forever hate Kiera's (my favorite character) diminished importance. Also the parts where you have to drive a buggy to shoot bugs in a cave make my skin crawl.

the new Invincible episode was so fucking uncomfortable to watch, 3 whole minutes of that.
