This week, Kenya witnessed a historic moment as protestors stormed Parliament on Tuesday, demanding the rejection of the 2024 Finance Bill. Tragically, the demonstrations resulted in fatalities and injuries. As of Thursday the 27th, the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (@HakiKNCHR) had reported 21 deaths and 336 injuries. However, these figures do not include casualties from Ongata Rongai.
