Culver’s is the greatest fast food burger in existence and there’s not a close second. Their chicken sandwiches too.

@sweatystartup Can you go back to rage baiting people with adding 2 x 2 decks and raising rent by 20%?

The best longevity drug in history is totally free. It's called autophagy. Several things happen when you do a 3 day fast: - your body cannibalizes bad cells / pre-cancer cells / heart plaque - gene expression changes at the 72 hour mark and body goes into hyper recovery mode - 5x stem cell boost upon re-feeding I do a 72 hour fast 4x a year. Valter Longo is a world renowned longevity doctor and is the master on this stuff.

@matthewgson I use it purely for people that mark cops on long drives. The route accuracy is so bad and always has been. Completely wrong locations despite the address being correct etc. for years. I usually just compare it with Google maps each time I go somewhere.

Something happened with Waze. It’s like its mission is to find a worse route with construction.

@daveclarkemd Being seen at Mayo for post-Heller myotomy w/ fundoplication after an achalasia diagnosis… they are beginning to offer some form of therapy to address exactly this. I truly believe my achalasia became a thing due to the insane amounts of stress I chose to do very little about.

After 7,000 patients and 25 years, I’m more certain than ever: the most underdiagnosed cause of chronic symptoms is stress, trauma, and emotional burdens that no one has asked about. It’s time to start asking. Learn more at symptomatic.me. Sources: Clinical experience of Dr. David Clarke. Bussières et al. "Adverse Childhood Experience Is Associated with an Increased Risk of Reporting Chronic Pain in Adulthood" (2023). European Journal of Psychotraumatology.

I spent 25 years as a gastroenterologist. I treated over 7,000 patients whose symptoms had no explanation on any test. Abdominal pain. Nausea. Bloating. Pelvic pain. Bowel malfunction. Fatigue. Later on I diagnosed mystery symptoms from head to foot. Every test is normal. Here’s what I learned.

An update here in case it helps anyone else with sleep apnea: I got a custom oral appliance built (like a dental retainer that you sleep with) and my symptoms are at least 95% better Huge quality of life upgrade
Ankur Nagpal@ankurnagpal

Just got diagnosed with moderate to severe sleep apnea Would love to know anyone that has successfully cured this with lifestyle interventions etc. No overweight / general metrics and health pretty good, would not have noticed this if not for a test at a longevity clinic

@221_BakerSt @BOSSportsGordo You also have to do it because your big manly Subaru demands so much space and it’s just easier to back in, similar to an F350

Hey everyone, we’re Nick & Nick! For years, we’ve been the guys spamming group chats with pics of our latest home cooking experiments. Burnt edges, perfect sauces, glorious disasters, and the rare meal that feels straight out of a Michelin kitchen. But we kept asking ourselves: why don’t we have a real home for this hobby? Bookworms have Goodreads Runners have Strava Chess nerds have chess .com Cooks? We’ve got… blurry iMessage threads and disappearing Instagram stories?? So we built Linecook, it’s Strava for home cooking. A place to • Track your cooking memories and milestones • Save every recipe you’ve nailed, bombed, or want to try one day • Celebrate every meal you make with your own two hands We’re officially coming out of stealth today. Linecook is now in open beta on TestFlight, and we’re looking for passionate home cooks to join our community and help shape it. If you love cooking, we want you in! Join the beta at linecook.com And follow along as we build your new favorite social app!
