Our weekly gardening group - ‘Growing Together’ have been sowing some vegetable seeds 🌱 which will be transplanted in our allotments in a few months. Today we planted carrots, hot peppers, sprouts, cabbage, onions and Tomatoes. 🥕 🧅 🌶️ 🍅 @HarbourAdultOT @HarbourIP

In our weekly Arts & Craft session at the Harbour the patients across the unit have been working together on a mosaic project of Blackpools Skyline. I can’t wait to see it finished. @HarbourIP @HarbourAdultOT

Another great run this afternoon for the harbour recovery runners! Each week we are building our distance and the group keeps getting bigger! Come and join us every Wednesday !

It was great to see the VR fire safety training demo on Tuesday with Claire. Cannot wait for this to be implemented @HarbourIP @WeAreLSCFT

The garden craft group in the hall went down a treat this week making lolly stick Bird houses and painting bug hotels #activityforall #NatureCraft @HarbourIP @WeAreLSCFT
