Squats are great don't get to obsessed with depth, old rugby injuries dictate for me but at nearly 58. Al take that, you can still grow and build muscle regardless what the arse to the grass brigade say 🤣💪🏻

Took me a while to make this video today and it's nothing I've spoken about before but I only discovered I had ADHD literally About a year ago. It's been a rough ride but now I understand it more I'd like to spread awareness about it occasionally. #ADHD

I think if you get asked to spot on a bench press you need to ask are you trying to hit as many reps to failure? ( Hypertrophy ) Or are you trying for a specific rep max because understanding the end goal you'll either 'help' or you'll NOT touch the bar unless it goes down🥲

@gym_manic It wasn't a debate an understanding across the board regardless if all are different if deloading makes you stronger then all that do it would be ? Or am I missing something

@HardcoreGym1 Do what you want Rob everyone's different you don't have to have a debate about it every week. Deloads are made for people who do all the compound lifts because it's recruits more muscle fibres then just an arm day ( as an example) It's not about just the muscles it's your CNS

Alas another fail. I knew from the 65kg x3 on the set before I wasn't gonna get 72kg for 1rm today So I tried the 70kg INSTEAD. Good guess as it was close. Definitely need a deload week but I skipped it because I'm away next week so pushed through 6 weeks to land on holiday 🙃

@HardcoreGym1 Planting feet helps leg drive Rob, to prevent energy leakage 😬 That means you can lift more sweet pea😂

Failed My bench today still managed one rep but bailed on the second. I just can't seem to get my feet stable They're always shuffling around 😡 After heavy bench sets I did drop sets on close grip. Then I attempted to see what my Max overhead press would be.40kg strict.
