It will rollout in 200 territories and be translated into 40 languages. It will kick off with three back-to-back episodes. The people who put this together (in the UK and USA) are amazing folk. I hope you'll check it out!

I always say that my family "identified as Irish". But like most Irish-Americans I'm only a percentage. It was my maternal grandfather who was the Irish one and with his strong personality he infused it into the entire family. As I've said before, he was also Batman. A chain smoking,curly-haired, redhead, mustachioed, hard-drinking, Hemmingwayesque adrenaline junkie. He was fearless. Had bullet holes in his coat from trying to stop an armed robbery with his bare hands(the L.A. Times did a story). Was the volunteer fire chief (he liked excitement). Never posted a pic before. But it seems a fitting thing for a photo of him to be set in "digital stone" somewhere. Died in 1974. Laurence Reynolds (and that's the IRISH Reynolds). I inherited none of his superhero-like qualities. I did inherit the stare/eyes. But his were blue. Thanks for reading all this

Hi Dan, the Irish Reynolds trace their roots to County Leitrim, descending from the Norse Rognvald through Mac Raghnaill (“son of Ragnall”). They formed a powerful sept known as Muintir Eolais, controlling castles at Lough Scur and Rinn, and were frequent rivals of the O’Rourkes in the region.
