Yeah he probably won't be seeing much of his kids when they get out on their own. You shouldn't hand your kids everything but he's doing the very bare minimum. I'm not saying hand them thousands of dollars but... Why wouldn't a parent want more for their children than what they had as a child? I totally agree with they got to earn it and figure it out. This whole debate has been about if Morey got enough for him, which he clearly did as of right now. It was a win win trade for both teams. McCain was not going to help the Sixers win more games anyway.

@SportsAndTrash @BleavIn76ers That's kind of a cop out. Every OKC lineup has stud defenders. He looked very shaky early on but I've watched his progression. His one on one defense and switching has improved and he's learning to get in passing lanes.

@HardinJenner @BleavIn76ers Come on man, I follow OKC closely. They have been very strategic with how they are using McCain right now. Putting him in situations where he can’t get exposed and thrive more vs mostly 2nd and 3rd unit players. On occasion, they’ve had him out there with Shai and stud defenders.

@SportsAndTrash @BleavIn76ers And we are already seeing what a good organization can do with him. He's gotten way better defensively in just a couple months. And he's been able to create and play 2 man ball with IHart and Joe very nicely. He's only played 72 games in his career. They gave up on him.

@HardinJenner @BleavIn76ers Because I do know more. On the court and off. McCain has major limitations. Good fit for a great team because it’s easier to hide his deficiencies. He’s a nice shooter when he gets some space but he can’t create his own shot consistently. He’s measures out poorly defensively.
