#Jagadam #CinemaCheppindi Enti ante? “Ee lokam lo annitikanna pedda jagadam… neetho neekey. Neelo unna manchiki, cheduki madhya #Jagadam.” Jagadam is one of my favorite films and easily one of @ramsayz ’s rawest performances. But beyond the aggression, chaos, and violence, what stayed with me the most are @SukumarWritings gari thoughts hidden beneath the surface. The way Sukumar garu explores violence in Jagadam feels deeply human. He doesn’t present violence as something that appears overnight. He shows how it slowly grows with us — through ego, admiration, insecurity, fear, the hunger for recognition, and the desire to feel powerful. That perspective feels both real and uncomfortable. Seenu is not just a character. He represents a part that exists in many of us — the part that wants to be noticed, respected, followed, even worshipped. Most people suppress that urge and step back when reality hits. But Seenu steps forward. He chases that image of power without understanding the weight that comes with it, and that journey slowly consumes him. That’s why Jagadam feels far more psychological than just a gangster film. The real “jagadam” is not only between Seenu and the gangs around him. It is the conflict within himself — between innocence and ego, admiration and obsession, fear and pride. Every decision he takes pulls him deeper into the version of himself he once imagined. Sukumar garu made a film that looks violent on the surface, but underneath, Jagadam is about identity, influence, masculinity, and the dangerous desire to become “someone.” That’s what makes the film feel so raw, personal, and timeless to me.
