Yeah thats basically it. I used to follow kneesovertoesguy. Not his program, but just select exercises he uses and itegrate it into my program. I like training mobility with weights because it is extremely fun compared to no weights. Heres a video. He has plenty more.

The secret is to train mobility. You keep stretching multiple times per day till you enter ur desired range of motion. Then you start adding weight. Jefferson curl, weighted pancakes, seated good morning etc.
The blessing is you now only have to hit these exercises once per week and you will posess elite mobility. And you will be extremely strong in positions that would break any other man.
I remember when I began muay thai others were shocked that I was able to throw head kicks on the first day. They said I was gifted natural flexibility. Nope. I had just trained the way I described for 1.5 years up until that point.

When I was a middle school teacher, I saw one of my students showing his friends pictures of himself holding an AR-15 because his dad had taken him shooting.
When he realized I was standing behind him, his face went ghost white. I just told him I thought it was cool that his dad was teaching him, but that there were a bunch of other teachers that would probably get him in a lot of trouble for showing that picture at school.
The look on his face made it very clear that he knew exactly what most of his teachers would think about completely normal 13 year old male behavior.

I just finished watching "Angel's Egg" and I am absolutely stunned at how good that movie is. I was expecting pretentious artsy anime, but no, it was a real masterpiece of atmosphere, visuals, and storytelling. Just enough skilled use of symbolism to suggest the story is definitively about something but enough ambiguity to generate stimulating discussion over what it is meant to be exactly
