Just watched Last Leg, which finished with all the cast and guests singing the England anthem Three Lions …one of the guests was Charlotte Church, who just stayed quiet, despite having the best voice within the M25…She is, after all Welsh, and Proud of It! Bless her!

Had to come off the “happy” pills due to severe stimming, not sleeping and dissociating from life. I was scared to come off them as I made mistake of googling effects. Intrusive suicidal thoughts have now gone. Sleeping better. Stimming decreased. Feel like me again.

So tonight I had a conversation with the barman about southern comfort. He told me how fresh lime is the way to go. I said I’d never tried it. A little later he brought over to my table a free SC with fresh lime for me to try. I liked it…. My wiles were working well obvs! 😉
