Many Nigerian young men are losing it.
This will bite in 10 years
Ask anyone who is hiring or who has a business that hires, Nigerian young women are the most cracked these days
Put out a Job opening and in 5 hours its 80% women applying and 20% men applying
The young men in Nigeria think they can ignore the build process into a GLE, GLK life sustainably.
I guess all the "women are the spark" "Feminine Power" seminars from 15 - 20 years ago is beginning to pay off because the focus young women bring to the table these days is exceptional
Yes there are still many young men thriving and striving to build but the percentage that's pushing for fast money is alarming.
- Young man finishes university. Refuses to start a job because "how long 150k salary go buy GLE"
- Young man shuns entry level experience and starts doing betting or fraud or "Forex"
- Young girl starts working after university regardless
- 10 years later, One has 10 solid years experience and can lead in the industry while the other is still GLEing

Today we're announcing Paid Partnership labels on posts. X's core value is providing on authentic pulse on humanity.
While we want to encourage people to build their businesses on X, undisclosed promotions hurt the integrity of the product and lead people to distrust the content they read on X.
This new feature will allow you to comply with regulations, but more importantly: it enables you to be transparent with your followers.

"As a young man who wants to be financially successful, here are three things you need to avoid: Firstly, relationships, unless you have a stable source of income. Many relationships nowadays are monetized, and real love is becoming rare.
Secondly, trying to prove that you are successful too early.
Thirdly, when you are climbing, allow yourself to climb well before sending your ladder down. Carrying too many burdens too soon will only affect your progress"

The Google search string that found me 23 unadvertised remote roles in 48 hours!
Stop fighting 1,000+ applicants on LinkedIn. Use the "Hidden Job" string instead.
Last week, I ran a test. I ignored the "Apply" button on LinkedIn and went straight to the source.
Using three specific Google search strings, I found 23 remote roles that were live on company websites but hadn't been advertised on job boards yet.
Why does this matter? By the time a job hits LinkedIn, it’s already a "Red Ocean."
By finding it on the company’s /careers page first, you’re often the 1st applicant, not the 501st.
Here is exactly how to reverse-engineer the search to find unadvertised remote roles.
1. The "Greenhouse" or "Lever" Filter. Most high-growth startups use Greenhouse or Lever to host their jobs.
These pages are public, but they aren't always indexed on the main "Jobs" tab of Google.
Copy/Paste this into Google:
site:boards.greenhouse.io "Operations Manager" "Remote" -intitle:"jobs"
site:jobs.lever.co "Virtual Assistant" "Worldwide" -intitle:"jobs"
Please copy correctly.
The Logic here is: You’re telling Google to only show you pages hosted on those specific platforms that contain your job title and "Remote," while filtering out the generic "search jobs" landing pages.
2. The "Remote Policy" String. Many companies don't post to job boards because they have a standing "We are always hiring" or "Open Roles" page.
Copy/Paste this into Google:
"Work from anywhere" + "current openings" + "Operations" -LinkedIn -Indeed
The Logic here is: By using the minus sign (-), you hide the big aggregators like LinkedIn and Indeed. This forces Google to show you the actual company "Career" pages.
3. The "Notion" Goldmine. Small, nimble startups often host their entire company handbook and job board on Notion.
These are rarely "advertised" but are almost always high-paying.
Copy/Paste this into Google:
site:notion.site "Hiring" "Executive Assistant" "Remote"
Why this works in 2026: Zero Competition: You are applying before the "masses" even know the role exists.
Verified Remote: Many "Remote" tags on LinkedIn are actually "Hybrid." Searching the company's internal policy pages ensures they are truly remote-first.
The "Direct" Advantage: When you find a role this way, you can find the founder or HR head on LinkedIn and say: "I saw the 'Operations Lead' role on your internal career site..." It shows you’re a researcher, not just a button-pusher.
The 48-Hour Challenge: Pick your job title and run the Greenhouse string right now. Don't look at the first page of Google; look at pages 2 and 3. That’s where the unadvertised gold is hidden.
How many of you have actually tried searching outside of LinkedIn this year? Let's talk about the results.
