@jbl @Harman Over the past 7 days, I’ve contacted Harman/JBL multiple times regarding bulk purchase of JBL Wave Beam 2. Each time, I was promised a callback within 24 hours but not a single follow-up so far. This level of service is disappointing.

@Harman Even after insisting you, the technician is asking for a hefty amount as visit charges. Such a pathetic brand and services. Just after 1 year the sub woofer is not powering. Sony is much better than JBL

@JBLaudio poor products. Just after 1 year the sound bar is not working and they are demanding money to repair. Didnt expect this kind of cheap quality product from a brand like Harman JBL. Wont recommend to any one now. Highly disappointed

I bought a @JBLaudio Flip 6 speaker but it has had sound issues since day one. I’ve sent it to the service center 5–6 times, yet it comes back with the same problem while they say it’s fixed. The speaker is still under warranty. Please either replace my speaker. @tech_burner

@JBLaudio "@JBL I booked service for my JBL 5.1 Soundbar due to a glitch. Technician visited, found nothing wrong, and I paid only the visit charge. Later, I was wrongly asked to pay the full service fee and the technician spoke in a rude tone. Request urgent resolution.
