@AlisonSmith29 I've had 2! First one worked really well but after 7 months I did alot of kneeling and the pain came back. Had another one about 2 months ago, didn't work as well, though I am able to manage the pain much better, even managed to cycle on holiday.

I’d be interested to hear from anyone who’s had a steroid injection in their knee. It’s still an option for me but I’m not convinced. DMs ok if anyone is happy to share their experience.

@Harmudge @Rob99218119 I must have gone 90/91 there was a gang of us from Chiswick Sainsbury’s and loads of students some who worked there I would have been 18-19. I sung stairway to heaven with a mate never heard of it before and it went on for hours so never went up again. Stuck to drinking instead
