Among all immigrant groups in Ghana, they’re the most notorious for cybercrime, human trafficking and prostitution.

Their business in Ghana will lose millions of dollars in revenue.
In fact, it’ll be more costly than how much we spent on the repatriation.

Termite mounds ventilated themselves for millions of years before architecture was a profession. This church in Senegal was inspired by termite mounds.
Epiphany of the Lord Church. Nianing, Senegal. Architect: Nicolas Vernoux-Thélot, IN SITU Architecture. Completed 2018. 800 person capacity.
The form is taken from the cymbium, a spiral shell native to Senegal’s Shell Coast. The bell tower draws cooling sea breezes through the building by natural convection. The ventilation system is modelled directly on the African termite mound one of nature’s most precise thermal regulators in extreme heat.
No air conditioning and has a capacity that contains 800 people.

I’ve always said this. Build for rentals when you’re young,don’t lock your capital in your residential home if you’re below the ages of 45years.

Why are you building a residential house at 28? What will you be doing at 48? Do we really have financial advisors for these young people! You believe this nonsense that it is a shame to rent? Or some other nonsense that renting is expensive? Sit down with a proper financial advisor leave street talk on the street. Rent anywhere you want and invest your savings. You will build when you are 45! If you build at 28 you with either break that house in 20 years or you will not even want to look at it.
