@maddiebailey38 @alexberesfordTV Wow, I lived in Manhattan and I never felt that way. I was aware of my surroundings but I never felt actual fear even alone at 2AM on the street. Never once got to my door and said, thank God. Some women do not belong in large cities, perhaps you would feel safer in suburbia?

22:40hrs last night my tube journey got terminated 4 stops from home. As I left the station at least 4 women walked off into the night alone and you could visibly see one clutch her body as well as her bag. Infuriating to think they may have felt unsafe and scared walking home.
