@LloydsBank But it's a mortgage account where I'm giving you money, I'm not looking to take any off you. When I ring up to make an overpayment you ask me security questions 'Mothers maiden name' 'where I lost my virginity' etc. so can't see why that's any different?

@LloydsBank Hi Pauline, I'm trying to set my mortgage account up so I can view it online. When I get to the section where it asks for a code to send to a mobile phone the No. you have for me is incorrect. After spending 30mins on the phone with your mortgage & online team this morning 1/2
