Hey Mystelings - update on the whole dietary experiment. Just had a family meeting after I almost faceplanted in the passiageway after waking up from the Second Sleep and we are recalibrating the plan. up to 3 black espressos, and eggs, are back on the menu effective immediately 😂

Found a tool that I think is the correct thing for the job of getting Project #Mystehaven organised! Annnnd the Main Plot has been composed into its major sub arcs. Still figuring out how to use this thing (I only discovered it this morning) BUT I am impressed so far!

Update on the 36th hour of the 3 day water fast. Headache is still present albeit slightly dulled and the knock on effect has been a noticeable but manageable nausea. Besides that I legit haven't noticed that I haven't eaten anything. It's JUST the caffeine withdrawals causing discomfort.

Postponing tonight... the headache is worse and generally Not Feeling Okay. Gonna try sleep it off. ugh. Rwwygti, Mystelings. Stay safe out there! 💚🐦‍⬛

I am gonna step away from all the screens for an hour and if by the end of it, I feel intact enough, I will continue with the comm grind stream as planned. Otherwise I might do something else that is less concentration critical, or cancel and try to sleep it off. (avoiding painkillers at all costs)

Rogue waves and sea holes are phenomena caused by compounding waves travelling across the ocean surface. In both cases, the amplitude of the resultant wave is made greater by the peaks of multiple waves converging at the same point, however, while rogue waves peak at a positive height above the mean sea level, sea holes peak at a negative height. The same 'standing wave' principle is used to design novelty acoustic amplification chambers where you can stand in a certain spot and everything you say is immediately louder, but only to you in that specific spot.
