After a stressful trip, made it from @Ifab2023 in Bordeaux to @ISPO_int World Congress in Guadalajara… my body has no clue what time zone it’s in, but I’m looking forward the next 4 days!!

A great opportunity to present my first study carried out at @UniOfHull at @Ifab2023 today, with loads of interesting questions and discussion afterwards!

Apparently nine weeks of teaching, two paper submissions, and one grant submission are showing their signs… as one of my undergrads kindly informed I “look exhausted” today 🥲
