Gold panning has helped my husband lose 50 lbs and get lots of outdoor therapy. With gold increasing I bought him a bag of paydirt to give him some enjoyment and lift him up. My hubby took a pic of golden hair Benjamin :) Here is the gold he found in the paydirt. How about a silver and gold kinda day !
