It’s funny how much better Horford is than Bosh but because of all star teams and being in better situations, Bosh supposedly has the better career. Horford was more efficient, a much much better defender. Shot the midrange a tick worse than Bosh over his career but also peaked higher from the midrange. Shot the 3 better. Rebounded better. A much better / more connective passer easily (by a lot). Peaked higher in terms of advanced stats and ON/OFF data. 🤷‍♂️ I mean genuinely it’s not close. Horford spent more time as a top 20 player in this league than Bosh. A lot more. He impacted winning more. But nobody would ever paint it as unfair if Bron’s 3rd best teammate was Al Horford. But because Bosh had a 24 pt season we’re all supposed to freak out. 🤔🤷‍♂️ It’s so silly. Bosh was supposedly a super star and never finished higher than 20th in VORP his entire career.

After seeing what LeBron did in ‘07, Boston responded by bringing in Allen & Garnett. They stacked that roster specifically to stop Bron from getting back to the Finals. Bron recognized what was happening and was smart enough to go find the teammates Cavs couldn’t provide for him
