Last week, the Harris team was proud to support NAWIC LA Chapter #42 Women in Construction Week, celebrating the incredible women who continue to shape and strengthen the construction industry. Throughout the week, our team — including Rueben Smith, Linda Valencia, Anna Parra, Kristen Schultz, Irma Pedroso, and Bertha Mendoza — participated in several events, including a career fair connecting with the next generation of industry professionals and a golf tournament bringing together colleagues and partners to support and celebrate women in construction. At Harris, we are committed to creating opportunities, fostering leadership, and supporting the advancement of women across the engineering and construction fields. We’re grateful to be part of a community that continues to champion progress and inspire the future of our industry. We’re proud to recognize Prince Dumaran, CCM, Deputy Project Director in our PMCM – Education group, on his 10-year anniversary with Harris & Associates. Over the past decade, Prince has managed nearly 50 task orders for the County of San Diego DGS, overseeing more than $4 million in capital improvement projects — including the Hall of Justice Interior Modernization and North County Regional Center renovations. Known for his transparency, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder coordination, Prince consistently delivers projects without delays or cost impacts.
